I regret not looking into Trustpilot before buying. I regret not looking into Trustpilot…(2nd Update) Sure it's a bit more expensive, but if you buy easefab, you buy twice. They read the most discs of all those tools and the quality is perfect AND they are honest. How is it possible that companies like that fool us and get away with it? I recommend - try 'AnyDVD HD' instead and/or 'MakeMKV'. but not one review on Trustpilot, WOT, or any other portal?!?! - Twitter Account blocked - Nothing on instagram - and that's their facebook account: LINKS FORBIDDEN, SORRY I will recommend PayPal to stop all future payments because this is fraud.

Look at their promisses - all lies! - '198+ Million Software installed'. I can't believe I get trapped by a website like this. escalates the case to easefab too, but they don't care. This would be already enough for a bad rating, but there comes more: The Support plays dead and did not answer since one month now. Many Bluray discs can't be read by this software and the disc it reads comes out in a terrible quality. I bought 'easefab lossless copy' and got problems on the first day of use. Looks like my 'lifetime licence' has a shorter shelf life than I'd anticipated. But now I have to assume the company is either dead in the water or woefully ignorant of what constitutes good customer service. EaseFab's response time was not great, but I eventually got help, in the form of an upgrade. This isn't the first time I've had problems: three years ago I got an error when trying to import files into the program, pretty much rendering the software useless. Given my own experience of interacting with EaseFab, I would advise against buying from this company. But judging by their website they're still offering their software for sale. As pointed out by 'cheated customer' in another review, the company seems in many respects to be non-functioning. I have sent two emails to the company in the space of three weeks and to date have received no reply.

Having previously purchased a 'lifetime licence' copy of EaseFab LosslessCopy, I downloaded and re-installed the program. In May of this year I bought a new computer, complete with a new storage hard drive. EaseFab takes your money but offers little in return
